Welcome to Cynusura Yoga


Yoga is an ancient art, which creates balance between mind, body and spirit through the practice of postures, breathing techniques and relaxation.  Although there are many different styles of yoga, Cynusura offers Hatha, Vinyasa Flow, Power, Kids Yoga and Senior Stretch classes in many convenient Connecticut locations. For individuals wishing to deepen or focus their practice of yoga, private sessions are available.  Meditation and Reiki sessions are also available.  Just some of the benefits of yoga are (i) increased strength, flexibility, muscle tone and energy, (ii) reduction of stress and anxiety, (iii) improvement of the functioning of the respiratory, circulatory, digestive and hormonal systems, and (iv) promotion of relaxation and overall wellness of mind, body and spirit.
